A good invoicing system for a PR firm using Macs? We work on Macs. We have been tracking time in FunctionFox on line, which seems to work fine, and have been invoicing with Excel. In talking with Quickbooks, we would need their Premier version to do this in Quickbooks, and that is only available for PCs. Are their other well known systems that would prepare and track invoices? (Many people suggest loading windows operating system onto our computers and using a PC based product, but that seems like incredible overkill for such a basic problem.

Okay at the end of my auction the item sold to the highest bidder I was at work but when I returned home I had an email from the buyer asking how much was her total so I added up the shipping and end bid price and emailed her back with her total. She emailed me again and says why did her invoice charge her $10 more than the price I told her. PayPal had sent her an invoice adding a $10 charge for a seller handling fee. I gave her one total but Paypal charged her another Im new at selling on Ebay so I diden't know how to fix this problem and 2 days later I said ok this item is free Im sending it to you at no charge. I eat the cost of the item and shipping and fees and all that because I diden't want any bad feed back from an angry customer on day 1 of selling. How can I prevent this from happening again?
