Invoice software that automatically deducts payments from a starting balance.?

We are a small business that needs reasonably priced software that allows us to set up an account with a starting balance. For example, we have a customer who owes $1500 and will be paying $125 per month. We would like a program that will automatically show the new balance after we credit a payment. Having the ability to email invoices either manually or automatically would also be helpful. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
