How can I integrate Quickbooks or another invoice software in my website?

I want to know if there is a way I can integrate something where my clients can send me their sales orders directly from my website. I want them to be able to choose their item from a drop down list and they select the quantity, so they can see their total and I will receive the invoice instead of having to write one up everytime.

This is something that a good web developer can do for you but, I would first start by calling a firm with a popular ecommerce link to Quickbooks such as T-Hub at http://www.atandra.com/Prod_THub.htm . Talk to someone in their support group and explain what you want to do in more detail and ask them how T-Hub can be used to meet your needs.
2. Look into "Quickbooks Merchant Service for Web Stores" -- it's a point of sale program by intuit that interfaces with QB. I think it will do what you want. If I were you, I would call Intuit and talk to a rep.
